Sharon is based in Cape Town, South Africa and started her career in the merchant banking sector after completing her first degree in business science. She later completed coaching studies, culminating in an MPhil in management coaching. Sharon applied her coaching skills in leadership development, largely with an NGO serving the education sector. From 2020 to 2025 she stepped in as Executive Director of the then emerging NPO, Ubuntu.Lab Institute, an Africa-wide institution, whose mission is to galvanise collective action among change-makers and leaders to co-create the future of the African continent. As well as being a trustee, Sharon is Chair of the Finance Committee at Caplor Horizons.
