Organisational Development Advisor

Sharon is a Professor of Leadership. As a leadership development specialist, she has published widely and has interests in change and organisational culture. Sharon has a PhD in Management and an MBA. She was previously a Cycle Director of the International Masters Program in Practicing Management and has experience as a Visiting Professor at various academic institutions. She was also Research Director at The Leadership Trust. Currently she is a Governor at the Royal National College for the Blind. Sharon has been actively involved with Caplor Horizons since it was established.
