Lorna is a Co-Director of Caplor Horizons. With over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the UK and international not-for-profit sector, she has worked in over 30 countries facilitating transformational change.

She is passionate about enabling all people to flourish and reach their full potential, whilst living in harmony with and protecting the natural world. She is a strong advocate of approaches that enable these changes to happen, including: feminist approaches to leadership and organisational effectiveness; anti-racism work to help individuals and organisations tackle personal and systemic racism; a focus on our collective environmental impact and shared responsibility; understanding and embracing cultural differences to build bridges for peace; and effective collaboration across all areas of our work.

Lorna holds a degree in Independent Studies (anthropology and comparative religion) and a Master's degree in Values and the Environment. She is a qualified coach and team coach.
