Coaching Advisor

Denise is a freelance leadership development coach / facilitator working with individuals and teams across private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked with Caplor Horizons since 2015 inputs of a range of topics, notably coaching. She also works as an Associate Coach / Facilitator for The Leadership Trust, developing and delivering bespoke and experiential programmes and delivers the Coaching Skills for Leaders programme for leaders who wish to develop their leadership skills through coaching. Her own work includes coaching elected Student Officers in Student Unions who take time out from study to lead the Unions, support student led activities and represent the student voice at university.
