Anti-Racism Advisor

Chandra is an experienced coach, mentor, trainer and educationalist with a track record in challenging and supporting improved outcomes for young people and their families. His deep awareness of how inequalities and disadvantage operate permeates all his thinking and work. He currently co-leads ELS Education: this is an innovative provider of high quality, alternative education provision and flexible tuition in a deprived and multi-racial area of London. Chandra has carried out a wide spectrum of workstreams with Caplor Horizons: for instance, facilitating a capacity development programme in West Africa. Most recently he has supported our journey towards anti-racism.
